World Internet usage statistics
September 11, 2008
It is interesting to see Internet usage statistics, especially couple of things with good trend and couple still very lazy. Unfortunately in Africa only 5% of people use Internet and in Europe countries like Serbia and Albania only with 15% and 13% users respectively.
But also there are certainly very good trends like The Netherlands - 90,1% (amassing!) and also Norway - 87,7% of its population is using the Internet.
World wide, from 6,676,120,288 people 1,463,632,361 are Internet users. Not so bad, it’s 21,9%. And it’s leap of about 300 million in a few months (only according to my memory, I don’t have any official retro data). You can see World wide share and other statistics of internet use at Internet World states site.
